Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Recovery Breath Experience, we strive to provide valuable and enriching experiences. Please read our policy carefully to understand our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. General Cancellation Policy
For general bookings, we are not able to refund you, credit you or transfer any payments made by you if you seek to cancel your booking.
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future events.
When you purchase a ticket, you are committing fully to this all-in experience. Each space is intentionally limited to ensure a powerful, personal journey for every participant.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or sell your ticket to a friend or family member to attend in your place. Please ensure they check in under your booking name upon arrival.
The original ticket holder is responsible for sending/forwarding the new attendee the mandatory Liability Waiver and Medical Questionnaire to complete prior to the event.

2. Special Event & Trip Cancellation Policy
Our multi-day trips and special experiences operate under a specific cancellation policy, which is an exemption to our normal terms and conditions, due to the extensive planning and logistics involved.
Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be used as credit.
Cancellation more than 90 days before the trip: any amount paid beyond the deposit can be used as credit for future experiences. This credit is non-refundable.
Cancellation within 90 days of the trip: If you cancel your trip within 90 days of the scheduled start date, no refund will be given, and no credit will be issued. However, you are permitted to transfer your spot to another person. It is your responsibility to find a suitable replacement and arrange the transfer directly with them. Please notify us of any such transfer.
No-Shows: If you do not attend the trip or experience without prior notification (a "no-show"), you will be charged 100% of the total trip cost, and no refund or credit will be given.
3. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests for trips and experiences must be submitted via email to: arthur@recoverybreathexperience.com
4. Policy Updates
Recovery Breath Experience reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
